Because I have seen so many life-changing outcomes in people who get massage on a weekly or monthly basis, it is one of my priorities to make frequent massage accessible for most budgets. To do this, I set up a membership program that provides discounts to people who commit to massage on a regular basis. The predictability of the recurring income from the same clients saves time and money that I would spend on marketing, allowing me to make weekly and monthly massage more affordable.
To keep client load within a reasonable number so I can provide the best service, there are a limited number of openings for the membership program. Currently, all spots are filled. If you would like to be notified when there is an opening, please sign up below.
The Basics:
- You are charged $25 per month
- You receive a credit each month for 30 minutes of massage
- Unused minutes roll over each month
- You will have access to a private scheduling page with membership pricing
- There is no contract and you can cancel online at any time
Membership Pricing:
Member rates are good for relaxation and wellness massage and back, shoulders, and head massage only. Due to the extra time required for intake and charting, custom integrative massage is not covered under this program.
However, custom massage is typically for people with complex pain issues and health histories. Most muscle complaints can be addressed with relaxation or back, shoulder, and head massage.

$25 for 30-minute massages
$45 for 60-minute massages
$60 for 90-minute massages
Examples of How You Can Use this Membership:
- Use your monthly membership credit for a 30-minute massage each month for a total of $25 paid per month.
- Use your monthly membership credit for a 60-minute massage every other month for a total of $25 per month and a total of $50 paid for a 60-minute massage.
- Use your monthly membership credit for a 60-minute massage every other month and upgrade it to 90-minutes for $15 extra, for a total of $65 paid for each 90-minute massage every other month.
- If you want a 60-minute massage each month, schedule a 30-minute massage with your monthly membership credit and choose the add-on of 30-minutes for $20 more. This makes a monthly 60-minute massage $45.
- Use your monthly membership credits for one of the options above, then schedule unlimited additional massages for the membership rates. So, for example, you could get weekly 30-minute massages for $25 each or biweekly 60-minute massages for $45 each.
Terms and Policies:
Late Arrivals and Cancellations
Massage sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full price will still be charged. If you used your membership redemption code, a gift certificate code, voucher code, package code, or discount code to pay for the appointment, the code will be considered used and no longer valid.
If you fail to show to your appointment or do not cancel your appointment online at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged for the missed appointment. If you used your membership redemption code, a gift certificate code, voucher code, package code, or discount code to pay for the appointment, the code will be considered used and no longer valid.
Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis if you become ill unexpectedly or have an emergency within 24 hours of your appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment.
Billing Period
The billing period is per month. You will be charged on the day you sign up and that same day of the month for each successive month. For example, if you sign up on January 7, you will be charged that day and receive your first redemption code. Your next payment and redemption code email will be February 7.
Changing Credit Card Info
If you need to update your payment method on file, simply log into your client account on the scheduling page, click on the subscription, then click change next to the current credit card on file to change the credi card on your subscription. Click Update Card Info to save this new form of payment.
Failed Charges
When a charge fails, the membership will be canceled and you will receive a notification by email with the reason for the failure listed on the top. You can go to the subscription management page to update your credit card. After the payment is successful, the membership will be reactivated.
Canceling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time without any penalty. Your unused redemption codes for your free massages will still be valid and can be used for up to one year after cancellation. You can manage your membership using the link provided to you in each email. This page allows you to cancel your membership which will stop your payments and you will not be charged again. If you cancel, you may not be able to join again if membership is closed or wait-listed. You may also not be able to get the same rate again as membership fees may increase.
Member Scheduling Page
When you sign up, you will be emailed a link to the member scheduling page. This page allows you to schedule appointments at the member rate. I am using the honor system instead of a password protected page unless necessary. Please do not share this page with other people. Please do not schedule appointments for non-members on this page. Member rates are only for members who are paying the monthly membership fee. If you cancel your membership, please do not use this page to schedule your appointments.
Rate Increases
At some point in the future, the $25 subscription price or the membership rates may increase. I don’t anticipate this happening for at least a few years, though. If this occurs, you will be contacted by email at least 60-days before the rate increase. If you do not want to pay the new rate, you may cancel your membership before the change happens.
